“기존의 공용계단(화강석 마감)을 단독주택의 계단(목재 마감)으로 변경하고 독립된 출입구를 만들어 단독주택으로서의 새로운 활용법을 제안합니다”

"The original communal staircase, finished in granite, has been transformed into a private timber-clad stair. By establishing a dedicated entrance, the project proposes a new typology for the building as a single-family residence." 

“80년대에 사용했을 법한 재료들을 활용하여 내부의 모습을 재구성하였습니다”
